Why does your business offer “virtual office administration” instead of “virtual assistance”?

For me, assisting your business means setting up policies and procedures that support smooth processes and well-organized systems. It takes an administrator with years of experience to help you develop these processes and systems. I will certainly be assisting you in day-to-day tasks, but in addition to that, I will be organizing your business life so that you don’t feel so stressed and bogged down by the little details. To make your business life better, I need to be able to fulfill those administrative duties so that you can enjoy the parts of your business that made you fall in love with it in the first place.

If I work with your business, how many people will I be dealing with?

Just one- me. 😄 I am the sole owner and proprietor of my business. I don’t currently outsource work at this time, except for specific services that I don’t offer, such as creating logos or specialty advertisements, etc. If I feel that I cannot adequately meet your needs, I am happy to offer suggestions or referrals to other service providers, but I don’t employ them directly.

If we need to outsource a part of a project that I don’t do myself (such as having a logo created,) I am happy to handle all of the interactions for you to complete that task.

Can I hire you for help with one project, rather than long-term support?

While my dedicated clients keep me pretty busy, I do occasionally have room in my schedule to accept commissions for short-term work and isolated projects. I am very happy to discuss a project with you! Please complete my contact form to get started.

Do you offer consultation for specific issues or projects?

I do! Sometimes you just need a little help formulating a plan, or determining what direction to go in. I’m more than happy to schedule time to consult with you and help you get started on the path to success!

Do you offer social media marketing, like setting up Facebook ads?

My major is not in marketing, and I am by no means a marketing expert. I don’t offer an ads package. If you would like some guidance or insight on best practices, I’m happy to assist and provide insight where I can. I also have a few resources to share, if you are interested in managing your own ad campaigns.
